This thing dings after a person is in your house if it wasn't for the guards being on duty I guess we would be in trouble. and even after the updates you need to get this fixed. it's been a week and we have not been able to see the regular outside the camera just keep spinning keep spinning we can see from the pictures who's who's coming to the door who came or what have you but the camera just spin spin spin and it's been doing it for a week we're not paying till you fix it front and back.

It's a great service but it needs to be allowed to set times for privacy and times when its needed. Mine goes off way too much. Right now it has just 30 minute at a time I need from x time to x time. It does its job had a police officer come to the door and they called to see if everyone was okay. Great service worth the piece of mind. Just needs to slow down on how much it goes off. I change batteries way too much.

Great app. Works like a clock. I have been using it for a few years now. Very easy to use and never had any issues. You get notification if the guard saw something or got involved, in my case guard actually scared the robbers and called the cops, and I was able to open the app and see exactly what was happening. so 5 stars from me. thank you.
