Wow. Tried to set up an account and can't! Tech support was non-supportive. Said there's an issue in creating new accounts. Why the hell did you sell me this package if you can't even create a new account? Edit: Account was set up about a week later. However, over half the time you can't access the dvr from the app, shows it as offline. It's not. Terrible app.

Great hardware quality in terms of cameras, however all of your software is trash. I can (sometimes) get great connection to my cameras when I'm only on my home wifi network. Although you'd think I would like to be able to view my cameras remotely when I'm away somewhere, it's virtually impossible. It's very difficult to pull recordings onto a device without it being perfectly formatted to however the camera's hard drive is feeling that day. Will be upgrading to something better soon.

We are always working to improve the performance of our app. Depending on the strength of the connection to the server, it can take some time for these previews to load. You will want to be sure the DVR is connected to the app when you check these alerts as well.

The app works fine on my private network system, but I cannot get it to work on external Wi-Fi systems, as I did with my old app for the same system. That's disappointing! Update, I have been in contact with the manufacture and they claim after having no service through their app for remote viewing, that they are still working on the issue. That makes my $800 system 100% useless. Not happy with this at all!
