Had my system just over a year, 75% failure rate. The first two cameras replaced the last one out of warranty. What good is a system that will not last but a year or so. Now I understand why they only warranty their systems for a year. It cost a quarter of the system cost to replace the last camera. If any other cameras fail, the system goes on the trash.

The Defender 4K app is way better. This is a step backwards. Buggy, very very slow to load cameras. Many times, just spins unable to get video stream, but the multiview works just fine! Go figure. Also, the DVR software in the new units is horrible compared to the original. I would fire the software team on this new version. Many options are gone. I love the old app and software. Whoever developed it knew what the customer needed.

Though the images are clear, playback doesn't always work. I will unplug to reset my Defender. Also when a camera detects something, playback starts at that moment, so I have to move the time bar back 5 seconds to catch the start of an event. I think your software also needs the colored bar showing the events so it's easier to find them. Yes, I know I can click on a picture that designates when an event happened. But they're easier to find with a colored bar event when you're in playback mode.
