Defter brings the document flow between businesses and their accounting office into one app.
• Snap a receipt or invoice: AI reads the vendor, date, amount and VAT automatically.
• Track every document: in review, approved or rejected — see that it reached your accountant.
• Tax and payment calendar: see upcoming VAT, withholding and provisional tax obligations and deadlines in one place, and attach your payment slips.

Defter is designed to be used together with your accounting office. Tax calculations in the app are for information only and are not an official filing.
Privacy: document images are sent to Google's Gemini AI service only to read them, and never without your consent. You can delete your account from within the app at any time.
