One simit cart, a basket of sesame bagels and a big dream… In Simit Stand to Empire you build Istanbul's tastiest street. Start as a street vendor, grow shop by shop, expand district by district and found your own holding.
🥯 START FROM SCRATCH
Bake fresh simit for the morning rush, tap to serve the next customer, fill the till. Then take over the tea stall, the döner shop, the fish-sandwich boat, the baklava shop and the home-style restaurant.
💰 RUN IT LIKE A REAL SHOPKEEPER
• Set your own prices: too high and customers walk away, fair and the queue grows.
• Hire waiters and masters, train them, raise their stars. Wages on Sunday, rent at month end!
