Totally useless. We paid $30 for our daughter's 1st Santa pictures, the app will not even open & the website is useless as well because the info needed to access my photos is not on what we were given.. & good luck calling for help, no one picks up the phone.

APP does not work with Android, it immediately crashes and no updates available. Rip off!

Paid for picture, does not download as informed it would. States there is a bug in the link.
