Stop saving your timesheet and expense reports for Friday afternoon. Ajera Time & Expense lets you log hours and track expenses as you go, right from your phone.

Timesheets:
- Create and submit timesheets against projects and overhead rows
- AI-suggested entries based on your recent activity help you get started fast
- Status color coding makes it easy to find and react to rejected time
- View your time by day, week, or project

Expenses:
- Create expense reports allocated across project phases and expense lines
- Snap a receipt photo to auto-populate expense fields
- Submit for approval in a few taps

Getting Started:
- Minimum version of Ajera 10.30.06 required for Timesheets
- Requires an active Deltek Ajera user license
- Ask your administrator to activate the app and provide your organization's unique URL
- Visit the Ajera Learning Center for setup details

Great app! I can finally do my expenses in real time in the field. Makes it easier to track and submit expenses. I wish they would have added the timesheet feature as well, but for now I can still do that via my phone's browser. I hope they add it (or make a timesheet app version) as well since the browser version isn't as user friendly for mobile.

I have a couple of suggestions: 1. Warning prompt to save expense line entries B4 going on. 2. Crop ability for photo receipts so you don't have excess border. 3. Ability to zoom in or out of a saved receipt. Currently you can't see the full receipt once you've saved it. Would helpful if you needed to go back and see an amount after saving the receipt. These would raise star value and value of the App for users.

Me and my accounting department just can't get this to work. We have been trying to set it up so that I can do my expenses while I'm on the road, have the ability to upload and attach my reciepts as I go, but this app just won't upload anything. Sometimes it will connect properly open other times it won't, it definitely will never upload a photo that the app itself took. It's just a mess in general.
