About this app

Employees can enter hours to a timesheet, view previous time in summary, view leave balances and see timesheet related pending tasks on an easy to use native mobile app. Supervisors can view employee timesheets, Approve employee timesheets and view pending approval tasks on an easy to use native mobile app.

When paired with a Costpoint 8 upgraded system, employees will have access to expense functionality which will allow them to capture expense receipts with ICR, edit and claim outstanding expense, create, edit and submit expense reports and Supervisors will be able to approve expense reports, expense charges and expense attachments in an easy to use native mobile app.

This app is garbage. Highschool computer clubs can build a better product than this. Constantly crashing, generating errors, signing out. After the last update the bottom of the screen is now cut off. Constantly says offline even when online. Freezes and crashes when trying to add work codes. Every day a new error saying to contact system admin. Constantly being forced to change passwords, which can only be done outside the app. All of my colleagues have problems with this app and hate it.

Poorly implemented, poorly designed, poorly developed. Never had so many problems with an app, same goes for their browser application. Sometimes it just changes your password out of the blue. Sometimes it simply won't log in. Sometimes it logs into a black screen and I can't do anything. This latest update the deltek page opens and it stops there, no log in prompt, no nothing. I'm going to urge my company every chance I get to seek another method of time keeping, because this is garbage.

I used to love this app but it's now so buggy that I've come to absolutely loathe it! the fingeprint sign in doesn't work anymore, as even after fingerprint verification, one is still taken through more sign-in pages to enter username, password, system...and then the same once it hits the company's log in...used to be one and done, just like every other app that works beautifully. If it wasn't for the fact that if I don't use it I don't get paid, I would never have this on my phone! 0 out of 5!
