With DemandWorkforce, dynamic staffing for your business will change for the better. In combination with the web app version, your management or team leads can quickly create and disperse shift openings with the click of a button. Team members receive all necessary information such as location, date and time on their mobile device to determine their ability to fill a shift easily and unobtrusively. No more calling, emailing, or texting required to get the staff you need to fill your open shifts.

Once the shift request has been created, team members are alerted via push notifications to their mobile phones, and can easily accept or decline the open requests with as little as one click. Team members can view all open opportunities, as well as segment the view based on what they are scheduled to work upcoming. Management or team leads instantly receive response statuses from users, allowing them to view and make real-time decisions based on the responses received.

This app does not work on my Samsung Galaxy S8. It constantly freezes and does not allow me to pick up any shifts, useless. I have to log in from my spouse's phone (a Galaxy S9). I've tried adjusting everything on my phone to make this app work and it just does not. There is also no way to log in from a computer, making it even less useable. Very disappointing.

The only downfall I've noticed is when you arrow back it takes you completely out of the app as opposed to back a page however it does not log you out.

Extremely high potential for enterprise level scaling from a small clinic to an entire medical system, but suffers from poor usability and UI design decisions--particularly on the web client for charge users--that severely bottleneck the speed and efficiency required for a power user to maximize the app.
