The app is designed very poorly and basic. And the car washes that this applies to, seem to have older automatic car wash tech and drying tech. The self serve isles don't have spots to hang any mats. Both the app and locations it references are not up to date or as good as even GetGo car washes. Plus many other major wash locations have free car vacs. 1 star

App won't open. I've reinstalled it, it gets stuck at the startup screen of the water droplets icon. I tried the suggestion of using activity launcher from another reviewer, that also doesn't work. How can I have a membership to something that I can't even use?

** Read the full review for the fix. ** The app does not launch out of the box, which is absolutely unacceptable for an app which is required to use a fairly expensive subscription. I was able to get it to work, though. For anyone else with this issue, I had to do this: Download the Activity Launcher app and open it. Locate the My Wash Membership app in this list. From there, manually start the "Login Activity". Login/create your account and then the app should work normally from there.
