They still have not fixed the issue with it being unable to open. I'm at least not in a rush because they haven't rebilled me despite over a moth passing since I signed up for one of their memberships, but this is ridiculous. We could at least get around this problem if they would let us manage our memberships online, but I guess that's wishful thinking at this point. If I could give zero stars, I would choose that instead.

The app is designed very poorly and basic. And the car washes that this applies to, seem to have older automatic car wash tech and drying tech. The self serve isles don't have spots to hang any mats. Both the app and locations it references are not up to date or as good as even GetGo car washes. Plus many other major wash locations have free car vacs. 1 star

This app crashes constantly and every time I want to wash my car I have to uninstall/reinstall the app and then it works exactly one time and then only if I don't close it. If this isn't fixed by the time my membership renews next month, I will have to cancel.
