If I could give this app a -10 I would. Not just the app but the car wash itself. First time I use it was applying for the monthly pass which was supposed to be $10 for the first time. I was charged 14. Now I can't even get the app because it's not compatible with my phone. When I try to follow the link it will not completely download. Tried to call the phone number and got some pre-recorded voicemails tell me what to do on the phone no option to talk to a human. Scan will not work for vacuum.
