Turn a deck of cards into a workout.
Deck of Fitness is the classic deck-of-cards workout on your phone. Each suit is an exercise, and each card tells you how many reps to do. Flip a card, do the reps, flip the next one. Work through all 52 cards and you have done 416 reps.
HOW IT WORKS
• Each of the four suits is assigned an exercise, for example Spades for push-ups and Hearts for squats.
• The card's number is your rep count. Jacks are 11, Queens 12, Kings 13 and Aces 14.
• Tap the card to draw the next one. The deck is shuffled for every workout, so the order is never the same twice.
MAKE IT YOUR WORKOUT
• Start with the built-in bodyweight exercises: Push-Ups, Squats, Burpees, Mountain Climbers, Lunges and Sit-Ups.
• Add your own exercises and assign them to any suit.
• Set a rest timer between cards (15, 30 or 60 seconds), or turn it off and go straight through. Tap to skip a rest when you are ready early.
BUILT FOR THE MIDDLE OF A SET
• One big card and one big button, easy to hit when you are out of breath.
• The screen stays on while a workout is running.
• Tapped too early? Undo puts the card back.
• Out of time? End the workout whenever you like and keep what you have done.
• A summary after every workout shows your time, cards and reps per exercise.
TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
• A calendar marks the days you trained. Tap a day to see its reps and total workout time.
• See your rep totals per exercise for the last 7 days, the last 30 days and all time.
PRIVATE AND OFFLINE
• No account and no sign-up.
• No ads and no tracking.
• Works fully offline. Your workout history is stored on your device.
