With the myDentaQuest mobile app, everything you need to manage your dental benefits can be found right in your phone. Simple to use, the app provides access to all of your dental coverage information in one place. It’s just one more way we make using your DentaQuest dental benefits even easier.


With the myDentaQuest mobile app, you can:

Download your ID card.
No need to request a printed version of your card. You can view and share an electronic ID card right from your phone, send it to your dentist's office via text or email and save it to your phone's digital wallet.

Find a dentist near you.
Locate a dentist you’re already familiar with or search for a new dentist in your area. You can filter results by office hours, language and those that are accepting new patients.

Change your Main Dentist.
You won’t have to call Member services to make this change.

View your plan’s benefits.
Learn more about the dental services available to your child and how to use your benefits.

Unusable app, it only shows spinning wheel and cannot load anything. random errors all the time

The log in screen looks nice, but I cannot get past that. I just installed the app and I am trying to log in, however, it tells me that I am using an incorrect email or password. The exact same ones I am using to log in on the website on my browser. While knowing I had the correct password, I tried to reset it anyway. It still states that something is incorrect. I was hoping the app would make things easier, but I'll just stick to using the browser.

I was able to registered and set up one child wasn't able to add my other to kids so they are all on there so I don't have to do separate ones for them and the app won't let me sign back in after I signed out says error but all information is correct.
