HOW IT WORKS

1. Submit a separate case for each device or media set.
2. Denver Data Recovery reviews the intake and provides shipping instructions.
3. Mail the device using the provided FedEx label.
4. Follow lab intake, diagnostic, quote, recovery, and delivery updates in the app.
5. Review the recovery quote and open the authorization page when you are ready to proceed.

NO DATA - NO FEE

Evaluation is free. If no files are recovered, no recovery fee is charged. If a partial recovery is available, you decide whether to accept the presented results for the quoted price or decline the recovery with no recovery fee.

Quotes are published only after staff evaluation. Recovery authorization and payment-method details are handled on Denver Data Recovery's secure website, not inside the Android app.

IMPORTANT FIRST STEP

Stop using the affected device when possible. Continued use, repair utilities, formatting, or repeated power cycles can overwrite or worsen recoverable data. Data recovery results and timelines depend on the condition of the media and cannot be guaranteed.
