Edit: App used to work okay, but now the get a recovery function is completely broken and nothing ever gets saved. I tried wiping the cache, data, reinstalling, it's still broken Effective and very easy to follow exercises, but buggy app. The sore body part selector is nice, but it would also be nice to be able to do a simple key word search. The app regularly fails to record your completed activities and fails to post them to Strava.

App needs a little more work. When reviewing different exercises, the descriptions do not scroll, so I can't read all of it. I have to add it as an exercise to see all of it. There is only a small thumbnail picture of the exercise. To see an example how to do the exercise, it has to be added into the routine. There is not an option to edit the name of a custom routine without deleting it and starting all over. Otherwise, I like the functionality of this app and how it can sync with Strava.

This app is just brilliant for runners! I've always been sore a day after my run, but ever since i've started using the app, it has really helped reduce and get rid of soreness. It's only been about 3 weeks of use, so will see how it works with long term use, but so far so good. Also the types of exercises change every week, which is great as different muscle groups are engaged. However, this app seems to be targeted to runners or people who want to recover lower extremities post-exercise.
