In 90 seconds, the app will customize a program for your body and your training. These programs include strength, mobility, plyometrics, and other techniques to increase your injury resilience. This content is evidence-based, with exercises that have been proven to reduce aches & pains and help prevent injury. With this app, you can become a stronger and more injury-proof athlete.

I both love and hate this app. Sretching routines are well thought out and helpful. I love how they dynamically adjust to your most recent activity and possibly time of day. What I absolutely hate about this application is how underdeveloped it is. The user interface and user experience is the worst possible outcome ever. Really difficult to navigate. Lots of bugs. Horrible touch interface. The list is quite vast. I hope they make it better.

I did a single stretch session so far, but it is a quality app and seems to be a good option for offering various stretch routines to aid in recovery. I learned about the app from strava (activity exercise app) , so the apps are linked. the recover app offers suggestions based on my activity. example: I went for a run so it suggested lower back stretch routine.

Seems like a good idea but app is buggy and after I spent a good 10 minutes telling it about my aches after a workout, I clicked a few things and I got stuck on the same screen to select areas to strengthen with no option to skip and the areas I already chose as sore greyed out. Got stuck there. Useless.
