Ratings and reviews

It's good , but annoying broken. You favorated stock markets consistently get unsaved, settings like take-profit and stop-loss options get turned off after exciting the app, trying to close out on a trade randomly doesn't work forcing me to close/reopen te app. As a scalper/day trader, you can loose money because of this. Example, my wifi went out, and I was unable to access the app for an hour. I lost $140 because the stop-loss option was turned off. Give thanks it was the demo account...

You have stolen my money twice now. The first time it happened was 2 weeks ago and the second time was last night. My money is always withdrawn from mt5 and traded on Dtrader without my consent/knowledge. The first time it happened, the customer agent told me to put on the 2 factor authentication and change my password and email. After doing all that, you want to tell me that my account was still accessed and money withdrawn and traded without my knowledge? I want a refund of my money!

deriv are delaying to review my proof of address over two years of reviewing. yes is a good trading site but the problem is too much restriction on withdrawal because of proof of address I think they are unable to review my proof of address on purpose because they don't want to pay my money maybe they want to take the thousands that is what I think. the bot are not helping.
