I've had a great experience using Deriv. The app is easy to navigate, trades execute quickly, and deposits and withdrawals have been smooth. I also like the variety of markets and account types available.I also like how the customer care team helped me correct a serious issue. It would be even better with more advanced charting tools and faster customer support responses, but overall it's a reliable trading platform. Highly recommended!

This deriv app has really come a long way since launch. I remember when if I needed to deposit or withdraw, I would be taken out of the app through in-app links to their website and my email app to approve the transaction. But as of today 8th August 2026, I am telling anyone reading this that all transactions are now quickly handled inside the app at once. emphasis on "quickly" these guys don't waste time. Had an issue with deposit this morning, their costumer service came running to help me.

This update is very disappointing. You can no longer easily view how much profit or loss you have made over a specific period. In addition, when placing a trade, the commission charges are not clearly displayed beforehand, making it difficult to know the actual cost of the trade. What's even more frustrating is that the commission amounts seem to change from time to time and are often unreasonably high. Overall, these changes have reduced transparency and negatively affected the user experience.
