No Clenching is an app for android that brings the importance of not clenching your teeth. The App can send reminders fully customized by the user.

If you no clenching your teeth, you keep the right posture of your masticatory system, preventing muscle overload, joint, dental and periodontal factors that can lead to pain / discomfort and facial dental problems.

My physio recommended this app, so I downloaded it last night. I set up the reminders, and thought it was a bit odd that I have received none at all. I opened the app up today and confirmed everything was set up - still no reminders. This evening my phone recommends to put the app to deep sleep due to frequent crashes, so I have uninstalled it. Unfortunate as it looks like a handy app, hopefully the developers can fix these issues.

App does not give notifications. Have it set to notify me every 30 mins, yet nothing happens. I went into settings and made sure that notifications were turned on for the app, but I don't know where else to look to try and figure this out.

This app was recommended by my dentist to help to remind me not to clench my teeth, but no notifications or reminders 😬 cleared cashe, forse stop reinstalled and nothing is fixing the issue. In the end i uninstalled it.
