No Clenching is an app for android that brings the importance of not clenching your teeth. The App can send reminders fully customized by the user.

If you no clenching your teeth, you keep the right posture of your masticatory system, preventing muscle overload, joint, dental and periodontal factors that can lead to pain / discomfort and facial dental problems.

Features:
- Pages with trivia and information on teeth clenching.
- Customizable Reminders. You can set the time interval, what message you want to be displayed and if you want to be reminded of the use of protective plate night.

Ratings and reviews

App does not give notifications. Have it set to notify me every 30 mins, yet nothing happens. I went into settings and made sure that notifications were turned on for the app, but I don't know where else to look to try and figure this out.

This app was recommended by my dentist to help to remind me not to clench my teeth, but no notifications or reminders 😬 cleared cashe, forse stop reinstalled and nothing is fixing the issue. In the end i uninstalled it.

There was a great app that recorded and charted grinding noises while you sleep, not sure if it was this one? If it was, then please bring back that feature, it was a great reminder to be able to play it back!
