I love having these audiobooks, but the interface and navigation is terrible. It is not browser friendly where you can try and explore books besides the 7 same romance books and 1 gospel centered book that is the same each time. Unless you know the name of the book you do want to find it will pull up the most random searches. I think if it had an explore page that had more than a few books and a "more like these" suggestions on books you are currently listening to it would be a better experience

It's getting better! We've had Bookshelf for years, and several bugs made it difficult to use, especially paired with a Bluetooth device. Lately, the only bug I'm still seeing is if you pause it using a Bluetooth device, it will stop at the end of the chapter. You have to then open the app and restart it. Otherwise, it restarts the previously listened to chapter when you press play. It would be great for it to be fully controllable through Bluetooth (especially in a vehicle). 5 stars then!

It is hard to find new books to read in the app. I've found it easier to go to the website, find a book there, add it to my library, then go back to this app to read it. There's also the problem taking a few seconds just to turn a page. Also, it is very hard to highlight phrases in books. It also won't let you read a book while listening to the same audiobook. Pretty much the only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1, and the only reason why I'm still using it is how many church books it has
