For the past year that I've been using this app it has been very frustrating. My books constantly stop without me hitting pause, and I have to go into the app and restart them. Also it glitches out a lot while connected to bluetooth. On bluetooth whenever I try to pause it, it pauses for a 1/2 a second then restarts immediately. Hopefully they can do an update to fix this, otherwise I'll probably stick with audible.

Love the idea, they have an amazing selection and up untill a couple months ago it worked well enough with minor bugs. However recently it it stops after a couple minutes of playing unless I leave the app open. It looses my spot and will replay the chapter I already listened too. I love this app for the audio books so I can't listen while I'm working and running around and driving. The continuous stopping and having to start out again makes this extremely frustrating.

This app has a WONKY user experience. Getting set up on bookshelf+ and downloading my first audibook involved going back and forth between the app and the website multiple times. From what I can tell, I can't select and download audiobooks within the app; I can only do that on the website. Some of the website pages were not great on a phone, like the membership purchase page. The product managers should watch a few fresh users go through the experience a for th first time to see what I mean.
