Here is my problem: bought 2 of the trackers which are ST901 4G / G06 but non of them are willing to communicate via sms. The user manual says how to reset the setup but without success. If I login to the app it shows my devices are somewhere near the Gulf of Guinea but I'm over 5000km far from that location. Does anybody know how to reset these trackers? I tried the sms command: begin123456 without success. The sms are delivered to the device checked by the delivery report.

I have 3 trackers on this platform, and one by one they have all apparently "Expired" no way of renewing them that I can see. When I log in to each of the device ID's on the website I get a pop up telling me that they have expired and gives my own phone number to contact! Not helpful and I'm very annoyed, would be happy to pay for an extension if reasonably priced to continue using this platform, but as far as I can see that is just simply not possible.
