Ratings and reviews

It has the best catalog of streaming live and recorded classical music performances and the best-organized website and app. But subscriptions are not cheap.

I'm happy that Stage+ finally released a version of its app for Android phones. So far, I'm enjoying listening to classical works directly on my device's speakers as well as headphones. However, there's currently no in-app clear way to cast media to my 4K + Dolby Atmos-capable sound bar. I'm navigating around this by manually casting "all audio" from my device to the sound bar (using my phone's own settings interface), which is cumbersome and not optimal. My phone needs to do all the work.

Great platform, unfortunately there's a glitch that makes the app unusable as the same subtitle lines are displayed 3-4 times and take up most of the screen. This is the only reason for the low rating, hopefully it will get fixed.
