About BrightLoans

BrightLoans provides a secure digital platform where users can explore eligible loan offers, select a preferred lending partner, complete the loan application process, and track their application digitally.

Once a lending partner is selected, the complete loan journey—including eligibility assessment, document verification, Account Aggregator (AA) consent (where applicable), loan agreement execution, loan disbursement, and repayment services—is facilitated on behalf of the selected RBI-registered NBFC using its authorized systems and APIs.

BrightLoans does not facilitate loans with repayment tenures of 60 days or less, in accordance with Google Play Personal Loans Policy and applicable RBI Digital Lending Guidelines.

• Processing Fee: Up to 2% of the loan amount + applicable GST
• Prepayment Charges: Nil
• Late Payment Charges: As specified by the respective lending partner.

• APR: 35% per annum
• Processing Fee: ₹1,000 + GST (₹180)
• Net Amount Disbursed: ₹48,820
• Monthly EMI: ₹4,998

• Total Interest Payable: ₹9,978
