BudgetRate is DevCloud's application for project budget management. It allows you to plan budgets by period, execute disbursements, and track the available balance at any time, from your mobile device or desktop computer.

Main features:

- Budget by line item, grouped into recurring and occasional expenses, with tracking of budgeted, paid, and remaining balance for each period.

- Disbursement tracking with the third-party beneficiary, destination account, and source of funds.

- Management of third parties and their bank accounts, to maintain a record of who received the funds.

- Supporting documentation in PDF or image format (invoices and receipts) associated with each disbursement.

- Tasks by line item, with categories and progress tracking, to monitor project execution.

- Period closing and downloadable reports of budget execution.

- Dashboard displaying project execution and spending by source of funds.

- Permissions by role: each user sees and edits only what corresponds to them within the project.
