About this app

Atlas is the field companion app for Drone as a Service (DaaS) survey teams. It
connects your pilots, technicians, managers, and clients to the same DroneQuote
platform you already use in the browser - so the work that starts in the office
finishes on site, on a phone or tablet.

Built for aerial survey and drone inspection businesses, Atlas covers the whole
job lifecycle: opportunity, quote, mission, schedule, dispatch, survey, flight
log, invoice, and payment.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Missions
- See every mission with live, merged status (scheduled, in progress, issue
reported, pending review, closed) and filter by real status counts.
- Open a mission brief with objectives, site info, and linked attachments.
- Export a mission brief as a PDF and share it straight from the device.

Dispatches and field work
- Start a scheduled task, assign the exact vehicle and tool units you are taking,
and update status from the field.
- Attach photos and documents to any status change - uploaded securely to cloud
storage.
- Clock in and out, start and end breaks, and log time for the whole crew.
- Device GPS is captured on start, status change, and clock actions, so the record
matches where the work actually happened.

Surveys and scheduling
- Create and complete surveys in the field.
- Build the survey schedule: link a mission, pick resource types and quantities,
assign primary and secondary technicians, and set the date with a fast picker.

Flight logs
- Log flights with date and time pickers and an interactive map for the exact
take-off location - tap the map or search an address to set latitude and
longitude.
- Pilots see their own flight-log count on the dashboard and log flights for
themselves.

Quotes, invoices and payments
- Raise survey quotes, convert an approved quote into a mission, and generate an
invoice from a quote or from scratch.
- Review invoices and payments without leaving the app.

Clients, projects and reporting
- Manage clients and projects, track opportunities in the pipeline, record
expenses, review timesheets and technician time logs, and read your KPI
reports.

Maps and routing
- A live map view and technician route screen show where your crews and jobs are.

Notifications
- A persistent notification inbox with an unread badge keeps dispatch changes,
assignments and approvals in front of the right person.

what belongs to them.
- Multi-tenant branch support for organisations running more than one branch.
- Secure sign-in with two-factor authentication.

REQUIRES AN ACCOUNT

Atlas works with an active Drone as a Service / DroneQuote account. Your
administrator provides your sign-in details. Without an account, the app cannot
be used.
