About this app

Your calm contraction tracker, timer, and counter — built for labor.

Bump Pulse helps you time contractions, see duration and frequency, and follow your labour timeline with key milestones like water broke and baby born. Use it in early labor at home or on the way to the hospital.

Track contractions in seconds
- One-tap contraction timer and counter
- Clear averages for duration, frequency, and trends
- A clean timeline of contractions plus labour milestones
- Optional Birth Story page you can share after birth (with baby details)

See the pattern as it forms
- A contraction tracker timer that shows the shape of your labour, not just numbers
- Watch how your contractions change — length, frequency, and intervals
- Set 5-1-1, 4-1-1, or your own labour pattern and see how close you are
- Useful when you're wondering whether it's real labor or Braxton Hicks
- The full picture in one place, ready to share with your midwife

Partner sharing, in real time
- Share a live link — your partner sees every contraction as it happens
- Your partner can start and stop the contraction timer for you, from their own phone
- Hands free when contractions get intense, or when you just want to breathe
- Works with your doula or midwife too

Built to stay out of your way
- Works offline. No account required
- Clean, minimalist UI designed for focus

A contraction timer for early labor, active labor, and everything in between.

No ads. No distractions. Just clarity.

super easy contraction tracking for my first labor. made a huge difference in knowing when to go to the hospital. the only reason I'm not giving 4 stars is because if you share with a partner they track contraction data in a separate timeline. one timeline and data stream would be a lot easier snc more useful. otherwise, great app!

Thank you for the kind words — glad it helped during your labor! And good catch on the partner timelines. A single shared stream would definitely be more useful, and I plan to add that in a future update.

Wasn't sure I'd need an app for this but it made a stressful night way less chaotic. My husband tracked contractions while I focused on breathing. Would recommend to any first-time mom.

Thank you — this is the kind of story that keeps me building. So glad your husband could track while you focused on what mattered. If it helped, telling another first-time mom means a lot. Congrats to you both! 💛

big flaws, very surprised how bad it is. if you pay for the app it should cover your partners account as well. Why are there seperate timelines should be one so that either person can stop and start the times and see duration and spacing in one time line.

Thanks for the honest feedback. You’re right that a single shared timeline either partner can start, stop and view together is how it should work, and it’s exactly what I’m building next. I hear you on the purchase for couples too, and I’m looking at it. Really appreciate you taking the time to write this.
