This app is frustrating to set up. It's inconsistent with the process of waiting for a whole 2 hours to set up because what if I want to use it urgently to make a transaction? Those 2 hours are just too much even if it's a security requirement. Furthermore, the moment when setting up by using the code for dialing and activating the device you're currently using the app still doesn't get set up. So what's the use of having it if it doesn't recognize the device that has been set up?

services are pathetic.... after upgrading I can't access online up. sending a text of failing to open the app. I regret upgrading to a Gold one... I would have continued using the Red one. am giving you a 0 star rate.... you don't deserve even a single star. have been banking with you for 13years is this the kind of services you can offer to a reliable customer ❓

Why doesn’t the balance update automatically every time I perform a transaction? It’s frustrating that even after completing several transactions, the financial app still shows the same balance until I manually press the Balance Enquiry button. Even when I log out and log back in, the balance remains unchanged for days unless I perform a balance enquiry, which is the only time it reflects the correct amount. In this day and era, such issues shouldn’t be happening. Please fix that.
