This app is not working properly. It is failing to perform a verification to log you into your account. What it's doing is that when it sends an OTP that you have to enter to get verified, it starts loading to verify you before you can even receive and enter the OTP, which then causes it to fail the verification. Disappointing, to be honest. A banking app should be more proficient than that. They need to work on this app more before deploying it once more!!

This app is frustrating to set up. It's inconsistent with the process of waiting for a whole 2 hours to set up because what if I want to use it urgently to make a transaction? Those 2 hours are just too much even if it's a security requirement. Furthermore, the moment when setting up by using the code for dialing and activating the device you're currently using the app still doesn't get set up. So what's the use of having it if it doesn't recognize the device that has been set up?

The app was working fine initially but as of 3 months ago, once you enter your login credentials it loads then after a few minutes stops on it own. You can't even check your bank balance, do a transfer or use any of it's services because of the same. Please work on it, it's a brilliant initiative the interface is good👌but unfortunately it's not reliable anymore, do the best you can to bring it back into full swing.
