Log meals and how you feel. Share a clear report with your dietitian before your appointment. No account needed; your diary stays on your phone.
YOUR DAILY DIET & SYMPTOMS DIARY
• Record meals at your own times, with descriptions, hunger levels and optional photos.
• Add symptoms and use standard suggestions or your own names.
• Record waking and sleep start, activities, mood and an evening note.
• Enter weight in kg and optional blood glucose in mg/dl.
• Browse previous days and summaries in the calendar.
ON YOUR PHONE
Core diary features work offline, without an account or ads. Your diary, profile and photos are stored locally. Generate a Report on your device and choose whether to save or share it through your phone. Create a Backup and inspect it before confirming a restore that replaces your current diary. Backups are not encrypted: keep them in a safe place.
POLISH AND ENGLISH
The app interface and Report use Polish when Polish is your phone's primary language; other primary languages use English. Your own saved descriptions and notes stay in their original language. Month and weekday names follow the app language. The phone's regional settings control numeric dates, times and number formatting. Reports use Gregorian dates and a Polish or English format when the regional format is unsupported. Units remain kg and mg/dl.
YOUR CHOICES
Optional usage analytics and technical diagnostics have separate consents and are off by default. When configured and enabled, they send limited app interactions or technical events; automatic events do not include diary text, photos or health readings. You can withdraw consent in Settings. You can also choose to share a local diagnostic file when asking for help.
Dietlog is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease. Consult an appropriate health professional about health and treatment decisions.
