Dewa doesn't give any refunds, that's why if you have a deposit always keep your balance minus the deposit. Consider any money you make to your account to be simply gone forever. I've been waiting 2 weeks for a refund request, every time I contact them they say it takes "3 days" but it's all lies. Today I was chatting with support, they asked me to hold, I waited 30 minutes and no one responded.

I request you that many of your chargers are such that charging is not allowed. 70 percent of the chargers that are there are blocked because they are our own chargers, even though they are public charging shows. The second problem is that many people charge their cars and then go home, because the other person keeps wondering when I will charge.

The app automatically logs out, requiring us to enter our username and password every time. Additionally, for payments, we have to enter our card details each time with no option to save cards. This has been a terrible experience, and as a result, I have stopped using this app. Paying through Net Banking / Mobile Bank App is much easier.

Thank you for sharing your experience. Please note that for information security and user data protection, the App will automatically lock if it remains inactive. With regards to storing credit card details for payments, we do have easy checkout with Apple Pay & Samsung Pay. Your happiness is our priority.
