Tried to buy tickets using the app, but it's not optimised for phones at all. I finally found a seat (after having to pinch and zoom endlessly because it's basically a desktop site) but was unable to complete the puzzle slide verification because the screen would slide around instead of the slider, no matter how I approached it. I have a Samsung S25+ so my phone is neither small nor old.

Worst ticket app I've experienced. The queue is super long, and once you're on the site, you encounter a lot of problems. When it comes to payment, it's terrible because foreign banks often fail. They can't handle big events, and a lot of bots get in. Worst app ever.

this app messes up fans chance to buy ticket fairly. Imagine waiting for hours in a queue only to be logged out the moment the sale starts and when you're near your queue.It's so frustrating coz when i mean queue for hours you can't leave this app inactive,u are forced to stay on the screen coz if u don't ineract with it constantly,the session expires and u lose your spot so you fairly wait for hours,just to be logged out!hope organizer won't team up in this ticketing app! fix your app first!
