Dewa doesn't give any refunds, that's why if you have a deposit always keep your balance minus the deposit. Consider any money you make to your account to be simply gone forever. I've been waiting 2 weeks for a refund request, every time I contact them they say it takes "3 days" but it's all lies. Today I was chatting with support, they asked me to hold, I waited 30 minutes and no one responded.

this app makes managing a real estate a big nightmare, move in doesn't work, you stay disconnected of service for days, OTPs can't be filled correctly so you have no chance to do anything with the app. The app needs a complete redesign and thinking with customers included in th process and a thorough testing done

Great app, but I don't see why it supports Apple Pay and NOT Google Pay. Also there's no way to set the automatic payment via the credit card.
