Ratings and reviews

The app is overly complicated and cluttered. It packs in far too many options and features that seem added mainly to tick items off a checklist, rather than making core tasks like checking usage or paying water and electricity bills simple and intuitive. This creates unnecessary friction. Streamlining the interface around essential functions would be a big improvement.

Didn't expect this, approach of disconnecting the power, without a phone call and check the customer. Was admitted at the hospital and dewa disconnected. Suggest to have call with the customer before.

when I try to login as an individual consumer it asks for "business partner number"... when I refresh the app shuts down..can't even pay bills properly
