I'm asked to download app from play store EVERY TIME I try to use it. I DID download from play store. After a BUNCH of tedious screens I was able to get into my account. However, I was REQUIRED to change my password. Yep, also asks me to allow notifications. (I don't WANT notifications) I don't remember how many times I had to "verify" myself by text message. I'd give a big ZERO if that was a rating!

So far the new app is rough. Only positive is it it opens, so I guess that's a start. First off, I have a Galaxy S21 and when I have the App open the keyboard doesn't work. It will Open and close until the app crashes rendering it useless. My wife was able to get it to work, however it asks for every possible data and permissions you can imagine. SSN,zip code , location, Mandatory Notifications, ect. I don't know why you need all of this when you didn't before. Also you can't use the old App.

I love the new and improved mobile app!! Very user friendly and it allows me to conduct banking business no matter where I am!!
