Ratings and reviews

The app does not open. The app requires constantly to uninstall and reinstall. This is a definite after effect after an app upgrade. On reinstallation, the app will work. Try to open the second time or next day it will not work or open. It provides good inputs on investment, however, very limited. Have seen apps that provide better and comprehensive analysis

Joined Dezerv for consolidated investment management, but several migration and portfolio mapping issues remain unresolved despite months of follow-up. Recently, I found a basic calculation error in the app where External Assets totals did not match the underlying values; the team confirmed it was a glitch. For a wealth management platform, accuracy and transparency are critical. These issues have impacted my confidence in the platform and customer experience.

Team you need to work on the app. EPF/PPF not reflecting in investment. ESOP shares provided by company are not in the list of stock investment since they are in US or Europe market. Wrote email to support as well but I think your team is sleeping on it. Reports and insight don't help at all bcz it shares generic insight which anyone can check in their investment app. So what else you are providing. NOTHING OUT OF THE BOX
