I give this app 3 stars because while it is easy to make a reservation and see your reservations, modifying a reservation still requires contacting the company and going through a lot of trouble just to add one night to a stay! All because the rate for that room type changed by $6. And this is for a "club member" that has multiple stays with the same hotel. This app was supposed to make booking easier, not harder! The website was easier to use, tbh.

very unhappy. Tried to book online, it said book for 14,000 points so I bought 14,000 points. When I went to purchase, the cost was 14,000 points plus $156!! They refused to refund my money or give me a lower rate. The cost of the room without points is $151. Why would they then ask someone to use 14,000 points AND pay $156??? I would be cheaper to buy without any points. We travel all the time, but I will never book with them again. Marriott will be my first choice from now on.

Terrible. Once you pay the higher rate for a refundable rate, the app makes sure that "modify reservation" is "not available". They force you to call and sit on hold for 30 minutes to listen to their ads before allowing you to make a change. Digital check-in stops working 24hrs from the day of arrival. Their goal is to make it as inconvenient as possible to modify travel plans while making you pay a higher rate to think you can. Returning to Hilton Honors.
