the repayment due date is not here but I received a very offensive and rude call full of threats. when I tried to call their number provided for such issues it is not reachable been trying all day. adding to that the WhatsApp customer support is automated and works pathetically. leaving this review here and also filing an official complaint with SECP since they can't be bothered addressing the issue.

I take loan from different apps and paid on Time without any disturbing calls but my experience on this app is very bad.firstly they don't have their official number you can't recognize rather its scammer or from company.they are faking their reviews as a good loan app.. and their agents on call are very rude they don't know how to value customer.if you are saying I'll pay I'm a bit busy their agents are talking to you like( busy ap hain to free hum bi ni).this isn't a way to deal with customer.
