About this app

Digital House Call is a medical software application and is used for remote patient monitoring. You may be remote but your health data is not. The DHC APP delivers physiologic data from DHC supported devices to monitor and track your blood pressure, your weight, and other parameters as you and your physician decide. This allows you to record and share health information with your healthcare providers.

The DHC APP steps up the monitoring by providing monthly data and as needed reports to your physician and your medical records. This enables the right information, in the right place, at the right time to support clinicians in their busy clinical environments.

Each person's smart phone is configured by a health care professional to link your health measurements to the server, and from there directly and only to your physician.

The DHC APP supports our FDA certified devices in a HIPPA compliant manner and permits your health data to be delivered via blue tooth and cell technology, which enables your doctor to have access, regularly and as indicated. You monitor once or so every day, and the app does the rest.
