I bought ANC Trance 820 earbuds from Audionic. The display says “Let’s Fight” and “Game Over” instead of the normal prompts. Their solution? “Download the app and fix it yourself.” The app doesn’t even connect to the earbuds. There’s clearly something seriously wrong with it!! Worst after sales service and incredibly rude customer support. Never buying from these scammers again.

The Audionic Suite app is really good and works well with my Audionic Trace 850. Sound quality is great and I love the EQ control. But one big issue — there’s no option to save custom equalizer settings. Every time the app is closed, my EQ resets and I have to set it again. Please add a save option for custom EQ in the next update. It would make the app perfect!

PATHETIC !!! JUST PATHETIC EXPERIENCE !!! Bought Airbuds 595, sold as one the flagship earbuds by audionic But, one of the poorest sound quality i've experienced. And certainly the poorest and lowest sound quality compared to earbuds of this price range. The app does not work, it does not connect. About earbuds, it is loud but the quality of sound is the poorest you'd ever experience. It is all show by Audionic, but no game. It's a RIP OFF by Audionic. DO NOT BUY !!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!
