same account on 2 different phone but has 2 different data after synchronization for couple of days, there has to be an ugrade

I've been using the DHIS2 app for data management, but today I encountered a frustrating issue - the 'Add New Household' option suddenly disappeared! It was working fine for 4 days, but now it's gone. Hoping the support team can resolve this ASAP. Otherwise, the app has been useful, but this glitch is a major inconvenience. 3/5 stars for now.

Version 3.5 adds OAuth login with two-factor authentication and an offline code or biometric unlock.
Administrators can customize more tracker terms. Program indicators can be disaggregated by category.
Image fields can now be set to upload pictures in original quality.
Working lists can filter by empty and not empty values. The organisation unit selector now tags units with the same name.
Also includes various SDK improvements and bug fixes.
