DHIS 2 app is a powerful tool for managing and analyzing health data. Its features for data collection and reporting are comprehensive, making it essential for healthcare professionals. The interface is user-friendly, and accessing data on the go is a significant advantage. However, the many columns and rows can be time-consuming to navigate. Streamlining this would enhance efficiency. Despite this, the app is useful and has positively impacted my work in the KP health department. Abdul Waheed

The app is very problematic. After update, all your captured information completely wiped out and more data is committed in redownloading all served information into the server back to the tablet. Synchronization of the update takes more than a week and above. Very time consuming and waste of data. It's not like simple update like WhatsApp. I mistakenly did update on 25th October, and as at now, I couldn't get back my captured information served to the national server. A very good app though.

Seems like there must be some issue with your configuration on the server side. I would encourage to contact your administrator, and if you are the admin, then please reach out to us in the Https://community.dhis2.org for support.
Your information would never be be lost because of an upgrade. Please reach out for support.
