I have a problem with your app. It keeps on signing me out on the app. please fix

I love the company, but the app not so much. It won't link my account... actually it doesn't give me the opportunity to sign in, so I can't track my purchases from one location. I have to go to the web browser and do a track order. HECK THE ORDER DOESN'T EVEN SHOW ON MY ACCOUNT VIA THE WEB BROWSER. I know you guys are trying. I appreciate the fact that you are updating, but maybe getting with a developer or programmer who understands the needs of a consumer would be beneficial.

Love the videos! they help so much big variety as well and they're always coming out with more so if they don't have it yet, send them an email ask them to try to work on your model you never know.
