About this app

Keep your health records private, organized, and on your device with DiaKeep.
DiaKeep is an offline-first personal health record app designed to help people keep track of diabetes-related laboratory results, health measurements, appointments, and supporting records without requiring an online account or cloud storage.

Track your health records
Record and review important laboratory results such as:
• HbA1c
• Fasting blood sugar
• BUN
• SGOT and SGPT
• Calcium
• Uric acid
• LDL and HDL
• Triglycerides
• Other supported laboratory results or custom health markers

View your recorded results over time to help you keep an organized history that you can discuss with your healthcare professional.

Manage appointments and lab visits
Keep upcoming medical appointments and laboratory visits in one place. Where supported, you can choose to add an appointment to your device calendar.

Private by design
DiaKeep does not require:
• An online account
• An email address
• A phone number
• A patient name
• Cloud synchronization

Your records are stored locally on your device.
If you voluntarily enter a patient name or attach a laboratory report containing identifying information, that information remains within DiaKeep’s local storage unless you intentionally export or share it.

For additional privacy, consider cropping, covering, or excluding unnecessary identifying information such as patient names, dates of birth, addresses, patient numbers, QR codes, or barcodes when saving laboratory report images.

Protected access
DiaKeep includes security features designed to protect access to your records:
• Encrypted local storage
• App PIN protection
• Fingerprint or biometric authentication on supported devices
• Locally generated recovery key

Biometric authentication is handled by your device. DiaKeep does not store your fingerprint or biometric template.
Your data stays under your control
DiaKeep does not operate a cloud database for your health records and does not automatically upload your records to Mrdzyn Studio.
You can choose to export your records as a JSON file for backup or transfer. You may also share an exported file with another application using your device’s sharing features.

Once you choose to export, share, or place information into another service such as your device calendar, that copy is handled according to the privacy and security settings of the destination you selected.

No advertising or tracking
DiaKeep does not use advertising or behavioral tracking SDKs and is designed so that normal use of the app does not transmit your health records to Mrdzyn Studio.
