Absolutely frustrated with this app. I have an active, paid package on my Dialog account, yet the app suddenly logged me out while I was watching. Now, I am stuck in a "Registration failed" login loop. I receive the OTP successfully every time, but the app rejects it immediately upon entry. This is unacceptable for a paid service. I have already complained about this issue, and it has been 4 days without a single response from Dialog. I’m paying for a package I literally cannot access.

After paying Rs. 278 for the subscription, why is it still consuming so much data? It takes more than 4 GB just to watch a single T20 match. Imagine the data needed for an entire series! This is completely unreasonable... feels like a total rip-off.

Excellent support & user-friendly app The app is very user-friendly and easy to use. I had an issue with logging in on Android, but the technical team supported well and solved the error quickly. Special thanks to the technician/assistant for the helpful service.
