Ratings and reviews

The application works flawlessly without any issues, and the streaming is perfect. However, the main issue is the complete lack of guidance on how to activate the packages. The customer care provides unhelpful information and often gives instructions that aren't relevant to the problem. I feel the customer service team isn't updated on the app's features yet. In the end, I just stopped using the app altogether.

This has been one of the worst streaming experiences I've had. You advertised the FIFA World Cup Final as free to watch, but I couldn't even watch a single minute without constant buffering despite using a stable fiber internet connection. If you offer such a major event, your infrastructure should be able to handle the traffic.

always some error. can you like fix it ? you can't even watch a fifa game without it pausing every 1 minute. we can even pay atp, just fix it.
