I've had this app for a short while but I'll tell you that's it's perfect for anyone who's looking for a daily journaling system. This app goes a bit farther, it helps you understand that on your bad days that there was still a little good even if it was small. This app has truly captured how daily journaling can be directly linked to anxiety and stress relief. My favorite part is that it helps you get out the stress of the day by writing it out instead of bottling up emotions.

It's still a little early to tell but I think with the reminders (as I'm a big space case) I could potentially learn to set a routine. It's nice to recap wen it's a good day. The reminders are a nice feature, because in the moment of relaxing, and winding down, I see the reminder, and it helps me to be grateful for wats in my life, rather than wats missing.

I like the design and concept. Very user friendly and simple both in use and visually. But its pretty limited. The fact that I can only have 8 emotions on my dash means I have to reorganize them frequently to use the one I want for a specific log entry. The fact that you can only log 6 times a day is also a pretty big flaw. Also, the only portions of an entry that you can edit are the text and time, not the activity or emotion, and every time I edit, it changes the entry to the current day.
