A private space on your phone, closed with your fingerprint.

WHAT THE APP DOES

• Photo and video vault
You pick files in the gallery and they move into a private app area no other application on the phone can read. After copying, the app reminds you to delete the original and opens the gallery for it. It does not delete on its own, and the reason is what makes this app different: deleting for you would require access to your entire gallery, and it does not ask for that access.

• Opens with fingerprint or PIN
The vault opens with your fingerprint when the device has one enrolled, and there is always a backup PIN. The app locks itself when you leave it, after a delay you choose.

• The screen cannot be captured
While the app is open, Android blocks screenshots and the thumbnail in the recent apps list stays blank.

• Password checkup
Find out whether one of your passwords has shown up in publicly disclosed data breaches. The password never leaves the device: the app computes a code from it here and sends only the first five characters of that code — enough to look up, not enough to reveal the password.

• E-mail checkup
The app opens the free lookup for you on the website that maintains the breach database. Your address never passes through us: the app never receives the e-mail you type there.

• Permissions guide
What each Android permission actually allows, in plain language, with a shortcut to the right Settings screen. The app does not read the list of your installed applications.

WHAT TO KNOW FIRST

• Uninstalling the app erases everything in the vault.
• There is no cloud backup — that is a design decision, not a missing feature.
• There is no PIN recovery. Without it, nobody opens the vault.
• Before uninstalling or switching phones, use "Send everything back to the gallery" in Settings.

PERMISSIONS THE APP ASKS FOR

The app uses internet access (for the ads and the checkup) and biometrics. It does not ask for your gallery, camera, microphone, contacts, location or the list of installed applications — and the full list is on this very page, for you to check.
