Words and definitions have been extracted from Wiktionary.org

I have used this app for some time now and must testify that it is very helpful to me especially in the areas of word meaning with examples of them in sentences. I like the pronunciation aid, the phonetic transcription. I thank the developers for making it offline and freely available to individuals interested in the language. Very detailed entries that include etymology & examples of how the word is used in sentences. Update: extremely intrusive ads, including video & sound, now pop up without warning.

It's a very awesome dictionary..it improves the vocabulary as well as it has examples and synonyms as well. It helps to understand the word in better sense.
