With the Infinite App, users of Wi-Fi routers that support TR-069 and are connected to Infinity ACS can manage their routers from anywhere in the world—right from their phone.

From checking who’s connected to your Wi-Fi, changing network names or passwords, remotely rebooting your router, running speed tests, and raising support tickets, to viewing LAN, WAN, and Voice configurations—everything you need is just a few taps away.

Infinite is built to give users more freedom, clarity, and control. It goes beyond basic management with advanced features like helping you understand internet issues, suggesting better router placement using heat-map results, and showing real-time latency and connected devices. You can even see how your Wi-Fi network ranks compared to others around you.

To keep you always connected, the app also alerts you when your Wi-Fi signal becomes weak and gently nudges you to move closer to your router for a better experience.

Some router management features work only with devices that are connected to Infinity ACS (you can confirm this with your ISP). That said, the app also offers several network performance and diagnostic tools that anyone can explore without restrictions.
