DigicelTV App is a cloud-based multimedia streaming platform for smartphones where you can watch selected TV channels with a sports, entertainment, kids or premium package. You can download this app via Google Play Store (Android OS) or on Apple Store (iOS), only available to Digicel subscribers (both prepaid and postpaid users).



How do I get started?

All you need to start watching is a Digicel ID account and an active DigicelTV subscription.



You can create an account and purchase a subscription to DigicelTV at MyDigicel App (MDA) or via USSD once you have downloaded the app.

I logged in but, when I tried to select the channels, it keeps giving the notifications, please call the customer care. I even call the customer care and they advised me to follow some, but it's not working what is happening within app?

Horrible. Paid for unwired plan to use the internet and got 9 channels on DTV app. However, cannot unlock it even after the Customer Care tried over and over. I also see that this is a frequent complaint by many reviewers here. For a big corporate client like digicel, this is false advertising and with so many reviews being negative about this issue, it should go to a class action. Don't they have competent programmers that can fix this bug? And don't their marketing know about this?

cannot load. unable to watch on phone. Very slow loading and when you manage to log in, stay in because if you log out, it's very hard to log in again.
