Five distinct screens guide your session: a setup screen with presets and custom controls, a prep countdown, the active round screen with circular progress and round pip indicators, a rest screen showing the next round number, and a done screen with full session stats.

The app runs on your device. No account, no sign-up. Your settings, preferences, and session history are stored locally and stay on your phone. It only uses the network to load a rewarded video when you choose to unlock a theme.

FREE TO TRAIN

The full timer is free, and it stays that way. No banner ads, no pop-ups, and nothing ever interrupts a round. If you want more, three extra color themes (Ocean, Ember, Ghost) can be unlocked with a single short rewarded video, completely optional. Skip it and every timer feature works exactly the same.

PRIVACY

To support the optional theme unlocks, the app shows rewarded video ads through Google AdMob, which uses your device's Advertising ID. You can reset or delete that ID anytime in your Android settings, and in the EEA and UK you are asked for consent first. We keep no accounts and collect no other personal data. Everything else stays on your device.
