A soft orb expands as you breathe in and contracts as you breathe out, while a ring tracks your progress through the session. You follow the motion instead of watching a clock. No coach talking at you, no course to finish, no account to set up.
BREATHING PATTERNS
• Box breathing (4-4-4-4): equal inhale, hold, exhale, hold. Steady and grounding.
• 4-7-8: a longer exhale, often used to wind down in the evening.
• Coherent (5-5): five seconds in, five out, a balanced everyday rhythm.
• Calm (4-6): a short inhale and a longer out-breath.
• Custom: set your own inhale, hold, exhale, and hold, and the number of cycles. Set any phase to zero to skip it.
You decide how long to sit. Pick a quick preset of 6, 10, 15, or 20 cycles, or dial in your own. Two minutes or twenty, it is your call.
SOUND AND FEEL
• Seven ambient soundscapes to loop under a session: Ocean, Amber, Ember, Wind, Deep, Aura, and Drift.
• An optional guided tone that rises as you breathe in and falls as you breathe out, so you can pace by ear with your eyes closed.
• A gentle singing-bowl sound when the session ends.
• Optional haptic cues on each phase change for quiet, eyes-closed practice.
• A dark, OLED-friendly screen that stays easy on the eyes at night.
KEEP THE HABIT
• A day-streak counter for the days you practice.
• Personal stats: total sessions, total minutes, and your most-used pattern.
• A simple session history you can review or clear anytime.
• A daily goal you can set, and optional challenges like a 7-day streak, 30 sessions this month, or 5 minutes a day.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
The app runs entirely on your phone. No account, no sign-in, no network connection. It collects no data, sends nothing to a server, and has no ads and no third-party trackers. Your streak, stats, and settings stay on your device. The screen is kept awake during a session so the orb does not dim while you breathe.
