Just downloaded the app and when I try to update my account information like my name, last name and age it won't let me. and I don't know if I should continue with the app with an incorrect credentials.

They were great when they first started. But after gaining recognition and getting a lot of users, customer service dropped to almost 0, they don't solve problems quickly and consistently, they don't accept feedback, they just can't be who they told us to be. so sad !

This is the most unrelaible app that I have ever used. Basically it is a SCAM. I have paid all the amount and the period of the equb is over and there is no interest in giving my money back from their side. Moreover, whenever I call the call center the only reply I get is "we will report it". Please solve the issues that are reported.
